If you select Return, continue entering the reasons, then you will be asked how to receive the refund. Within 24 hours your return will be examined and you will be notified by email.
If you select Exchange continue by entering the reason, you will then be asked whether to replace the same item or exchange for a different item. Within 24 hours you will receive an email notification with the instructions to complete the procedure.
In both cases, as soon as your package reaches our logistics center it will be evaluated and you will receive a confirmation notification. You will be refunded within 48 hours only in extremely rare cases, a maximum of 10 days.
