ORDER PROCESSING
quadrashop.it reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that Global Collect does not receive approval from the customer's bank. Once an order for available products has been placed it is not possible to make changes to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. quadrashop.it reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond the control of quadrashop.it. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be shipping delays. quadrashop.it reserves the right to refuse to process an order and/or service at any time.
PRE-ORDERS
By pre-order we mean orders of those items visible online which are not yet available in our warehouses and whose delivery date is expected in the following months.
The expected delivery date is indicated and confirmed by the quadrashop.it suppliers themselves.
quadrashop.it is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes to pre-order products or for any changes during production.
Orders with pre-order items, placed by credit card, are invoiced the day following receipt of the order, or the first available business day.
For pre-order product orders made by bank transfer, payment must be issued within 48 working hours of receiving the order. The invoice is issued on the day the amount is visible on our current account
The country of the shipping address entered for pre-orders cannot be subsequently changed.
ORDER STATUS
By accessing the reserved area, in the Orders section, and clicking on each order, it is possible to view the assigned waybill number. Please enter this number directly on the BRT website to monitor the progress of your order.
PROMO CODES
Customers who have received a PROMO CODE via newsletter, through social networks or on compliant promotional websites can enter the code when purchasing the order or during checkout. Each code has a start and end date of validity that limits its use and cannot be extended.
Shipping and delivery
SHIPPING METHODS
quadrashop.it ships worldwide via BRT EXPRESS. In accordance with current international trade laws, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the total value of the goods purchased in the same currency as the original purchase. Furthermore, the value of each individual item purchased is indicated on the invoice.
1. Goods Available
Orders for available goods, subject to confirmation of the availability of the items and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped the working day following receipt of the order.
Credit card transactions are charged when your order is processed.
In the case of orders placed by bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier when the payment is confirmed and deposited in the quadrashop.it current account.
Customers are informed that shipping delays may occur during promotions and sales.
2.Pre-Order Goods
Orders with pre-order items are shipped when the goods are available in stock.
Orders with pre-order items, placed by credit card, are invoiced the day following receipt of the order, or the first available business day, although the shipment of the same is processed later.
For pre-order product orders placed via bank transfer, payment must be issued within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The availability date indicated online reflects the delivery window indicated by the suppliers.
quadrashop.it is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes to pre-order products or for any changes during production.
In the event of non-delivery of an item purchased in pre-order, the customer will be promptly informed and refunded.
Regarding orders with both available goods and pre-order goods, the customer will receive the order in two phases:
- the available goods will be shipped within two weeks of receiving the order.
- pre-order goods will be shipped as soon as they are available in stock.
Please remember that it is illegal to declare values on the invoice that are lower than the amount actually paid by the customer or to declare goods as GIFTS, therefore requests from customers relating to these activities will not be accepted.
DELIVERY TIME
quadrashop.it processes in Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day after the order date, or the first available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
quadrashop.it ships worldwide via BRT EXPRESS. quadrashop.it cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of quadrashop.it.
Delivery for shipments destined for Italy is expected within 1-2 working days.
Delivery for shipments destined for the European Union is expected within 3-5 working days.
Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-7 working days.
SHIPPING FEES
Below are the shipping costs expected for each geographical area.
Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the automatic AUTOMATIC return by BRT to the sender quadrashop.it are deducted/withheld from the refund due .
ITALY:

REST OF THE WORLD:
SHIPPING/RETURN COSTS: €80. Shipping is free for orders over €2000
Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The relevant amount is to be paid to the courier according to the methods that will be indicated by the courier itself.
TRACEABILITY OF SHIPMENT
When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive a notification email from BRT which provides the waybill number (AWB) relating to the order.
To monitor the progress of the shipment, customers can visit the website http://www.brt.it and enter the AWB number indicated in the e-mail in the appropriate “Track your Shipments” area.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
quadrashop.it shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by insurance.
PACKAGE DELIVERY
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. quadrashop.it parcels are carefully sealed with quadrashop.it adhesive tape.
If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the institution.
If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign for receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the local BRT office and to promptly contact quadrashop.it at the email address customerservice@luxeplease.it .
In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
DELIVERY FAILURE
All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with quadrashop.it and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender quadrashop.it in Italy at the customer's expense. The expenses borne by the customer include shipping costs and any customs duties.; q These charges will be deducted from the refund due.
PERFUME SHIPPING
Perfumes fall into the category of "dangerous goods" and, as such, are subject to IATA regulations for air transport. For these reasons, perfumes are shipped with special packaging and markings; and cannot exceed 150 ml.
In case of order with other items, the perfumes are shipped separately from the package with official quadrashop.it packaging. Furthermore, it is not possible to send perfumes with the quadrashop.it gift box; in this case the cost of the quadrashop.it gift box will NOT be refunded.
According to IATA regulations, it is not permitted to ship these dangerous goods worldwide.
