Order Processing
quadrashop.it reserves the right to refuse an order if Global Collect does not receive approval from the customer's bank. Once an order for in-stock products has been placed, changes cannot be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. quadrashop.it reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond quadrashop.it's control. Please note that shipping delays may occur during promotions and sales. quadrashop.it reserves the right to refuse to process an order and/or service at any time.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are orders for items visible online that are not yet available in our warehouses and whose delivery date is expected in the following months.
The expected delivery date is indicated and confirmed by the quadrashop.it suppliers themselves.
quadrashop.it is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to pre-ordered products or for any changes during production.
Pre-order orders placed by credit card are billed the day after the order is received, or on the next available business day.
For pre-orders placed via bank transfer, payment must be made within 48 business hours of receiving the order. The invoice is issued the day the amount is visible in our bank account.
The shipping address country entered for pre-orders cannot be changed later.
Order Status
By accessing the reserved area, in the Orders section, and clicking on each order, you can view the assigned tracking number. Please enter this number directly on the BRT website to track the progress of your order.
Promo codes
Customers who have received a PROMO CODE via newsletter, via social networks or on compliant promotional websites can enter the code when purchasing an order or at checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended.
Shipping methods
quadrashop.it ships worldwide via BRT EXPRESS. In accordance with applicable international trade laws, shipped goods are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the total value of the purchased goods in the same currency as the original purchase. The invoice also specifies the value of each individual item purchased.
- Goods Available
Orders for in-stock goods, subject to confirmation of item availability and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped the next working day after receiving the order.
Credit card transactions are charged when the order is processed.
For orders placed via bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier once the payment is confirmed and deposited into the quadrashop.it bank account.
Customers are informed that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipments.
2. Pre-order goods
Orders with pre-order items are shipped when the goods are available in stock.
Pre-order orders placed by credit card are billed the day after the order is received, or on the next available business day, although shipping is processed later.
For pre-orders placed via bank transfer, payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The availability date indicated online reflects the delivery window indicated by suppliers.
quadrashop.it is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to pre-ordered products or for any changes during production.
In the event of non-delivery of a pre-ordered item, the customer will be promptly informed and refunded.
For orders with both in-stock and pre-order goods, the customer will receive the order in two phases:
- available goods will be shipped within two weeks of receiving the order.
- pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available in stock.
Please note that it is illegal to declare invoice values lower than the amount actually paid by the customer or to declare goods as GIFTS. Therefore, customer requests relating to these activities will not be accepted.
Delivery times
quadrashop.it processes orders in Italy, Monday through Friday. Orders are processed the day after the order date, or on the first available business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
quadrashop.it ships worldwide via BRT EXPRESS. quadrashop.it cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond quadrashop.it's control.
Delivery for shipments to Italy is expected within 1-2 business days.
Delivery for shipments to the European Union is expected within 3-5 working days.
Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-7 working days.

Below are the estimated shipping costs for each geographic area.
Please note that if, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the AUTOMATIC return by BRT to the sender quadrashop.it will be deducted/withheld from the refund due.

Shipping/return costs: €80.00.
Shipping is free for orders over €2000.00
Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. The relevant amount must be paid to the courier according to the methods indicated by the courier.
Shipment tracking
When the order is handed over to the courier, customers receive a notification email from BRT providing the waybill number (AWB) relating to the order.
To track the progress of their shipment, customers can visit http://www.brt.it and enter the AWB number provided in the email in the “Track Your Shipments” area.
Shipping insurance
Quadrashop.it shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the goods are no longer covered by insurance.
Package delivery
Upon delivery, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for receipt. Quadrashop.it packages are carefully sealed with quadrashop.it tape.
If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be sealed with a guarantee or inspection seal by the authority.
If the package appears tampered with or the original tape is damaged, the customer is asked to sign for the package with reservations or refuse delivery. If there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to file a complaint with the local BRT office and promptly contact quadrashop.it at customerservice@luxeplease.it .
In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign for receipt with reservations, the delivery is automatically considered accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
Failure to deliver
By placing an order, all customers establish a business relationship with quadrashop.it and agree to accept delivery of their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address due to a lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, recipient absent) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to quadrashop.it in Italy at the customer's expense. The customer's expenses include shipping costs and any customs duties; these costs will be deducted from the refund due.
Shipping of perfumes
Perfumes fall into the category of "dangerous goods" and, as such, are subject to IATA regulations for air transport. For these reasons, perfumes are shipped with special packaging and markings and cannot exceed 150 ml.
If ordering with other items, perfumes are shipped separately from the package using official quadrashop.it packaging. Additionally, perfumes cannot be shipped with the quadrashop.it gift box; in this case, the cost of the quadrashop.it gift box will NOT be refunded.
According to IATA regulations, it is not permitted to ship these dangerous goods worldwide.
