What payment methods are available?
Our website accepts Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit cards, PayPal , Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer , and Discover, including prepaid cards . You can also pay in installments with Klarna.
Pay in 3 installments with Klarna. How does it work?
After placing an order you can decide to split the amount by choosing Klarna as the payment method. Make sure you have enough balance to pay the first installment on your credit or debit card. The first installment will be charged after order confirmation, the second and third installments after 30 and 60 days respectively. This payment method does not include any interest or additional commission costs! Klarna is an independent payment institution, not owned by us. If you experience any problems with your payment, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly.
Where can I find the IBAN?
The IBAN will be sent by automatic email at the conclusion of the order, after selecting Bank Transfer as the payment method. You will also find it in preview at the end of the order in the Payment Options section, by selecting "Bank Transfer".
Shipping
How will my order be shipped?
Quadrashop.it ships all over the world via BRT EXPRESS. In accordance with international trade laws in force, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice stating the total value of the goods purchased in the same currency as the original purchase. Furthermore, the value of each single item purchased is indicated on the invoice.
What are the delivery times of an order?
Quadrashop.it processes in Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day following the order date, or the first available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Delivery for shipments destined for Italy is expected within 1-3 working days. Delivery for shipments destined for the European Union is expected within 3-5 working days. Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-7 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
ITALY: SHIPPING/RETURNS are free for orders over €150. Shipping costs are €10 for orders under €150.
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: SHIPPING/RETURN COSTS: €40.
Countries included: European Union member countries Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
REST OF THE WORLD: SHIPPING/RETURN COSTS: €60.
How can I track my shipment?
In the shipment confirmation email you will find the tracking code with the link to monitor the progress of the BRT courier.
I received an open package, what do I do?
If the package appears tampered with or the original tape is damaged, please sign for the package with reservations or refuse delivery. If there is evidence of tampering with the package, you are required to file a complaint with your local BRT office and promptly contact Quadrashop.it at customerservice@luxeplease.it. If the package appears tampered with, if you do not sign for the package with reservations, the delivery is automatically considered accepted, and any complaints will not be accepted.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation can only be requested for orders that have not yet been processed. The request must be received within 24 hours by promptly contacting our customer care at the following email address: customerservice@luxeplease.it specifying the order number.
Returns and exchanges
How do I make a return or exchange?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. Go to the " Returns and Exchanges " section, enter your order number and email or phone number.
If you select "Return" , continue by entering the reasons. You will then be asked how to receive your refund. Your return will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email notification.
If you select "Exchange," continue by entering the reason. You'll then be asked whether to exchange for the same item or a different one. You'll receive an email notification within 24 hours with instructions on how to complete the process.
In both cases, as soon as your package reaches our fulfillment center, it will be assessed and you will receive a confirmation notification. You will be refunded within 48 hours, only in extremely rare cases, and within 10 days at most.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your package reaches our fulfillment center, it will be assessed and you will receive a confirmation notification within 48 hours (in extremely rare cases, a maximum of 10 days). The cost of the returned products will be refunded , but not the original shipping cost.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?
In case of exchange, shipping costs are at our expense , while for returns they are at the customer's expense.
Discounts and promotions
How can I use a promo code?
Customers who have received a PROMO CODE via newsletters, social media, or on compliant promotional websites can enter the code during the purchase process or at checkout. Each code has a start and end date that limits its use and cannot be extended. Promotional codes cannot be applied to select exclusive items from new collections and cannot be combined with other promotions. The welcome code is not valid on items in the SALE section.
