Payment methods
The payment methods accepted by our site are: Visa/Mastercard/America Express credit card, PayPal , Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer , Discover including rechargeable cards . You can also pay in installments with Klarna.
After placing an order you can decide to split the amount by choosing Klarna as the payment method. Make sure you have enough balance to pay the first installment on your credit or debit card. The first installment will be charged after order confirmation, the second and third installments after 30 and 60 days respectively. This payment method does not include any interest or additional commission costs! Klarna is an independent payment institution, not owned by us. If you experience any problems with your payment, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly.
The IBAN will be sent by automatic email at the conclusion of the order, after selecting Bank Transfer as the payment method. You will also find it in preview at the end of the order in the Payment Options section, by selecting "Bank Transfer".
Shipments
Quadrashop.it ships all over the world via BRT EXPRESS. In accordance with international trade laws in force, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice stating the total value of the goods purchased in the same currency as the original purchase. Furthermore, the value of each single item purchased is indicated on the invoice.
Quadrashop.it processes in Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day following the order date, or the first available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Delivery for shipments destined for Italy is expected within 1-3 working days. Delivery for shipments destined for the European Union is expected within 3-5 working days. Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-7 working days.
ITALY: SHIPPING/RETURN COSTS are free for amounts over €150. For purchases of less than 150 the shipping costs are €10.
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: SHIPPING/RETURN COSTS: €40.

REST OF THE WORLD: SHIPPING/RETURN COSTS: €60.
In the shipment confirmation email you will find the tracking code with the link to monitor the progress of the BRT courier.
If the package appears to have been tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, please sign the receipt of the package with reserve or refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, you are required to open a complaint file with the local BRT office and promptly contact Quadrashop.it at the e-mail address customerservice@luxeplease.it. In the event of a tampered package, if you do not sign the receipt with reserve, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
Cancellation can only be requested for orders that have not yet been processed. The request must be received within 24 hours by promptly contacting our customer care at the following email address: customerservice@luxeplease.it specifying the order number.
Return/Exchange
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. Go to the " Returns and exchanges " section, enter your order number, email or telephone number.
If you select Return , continue entering the reasons, then you will be asked how to receive the refund. Within 24 hours your return will be examined and you will be notified by email.
If you select Exchange continue by entering the reason, you will then be asked whether to replace the same item or exchange for a different item. Within 24 hours you will receive an email notification with the instructions to complete the procedure.
In both cases, as soon as your package reaches our logistics center it will be evaluated and you will receive a confirmation notification. You will be refunded within 48 hours only in extremely rare cases, a maximum of 10 days.
Customers who have received a PROMO CODE via newsletter, via social networks or on compliant promotional websites can enter the code when purchasing an order or at checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended.
As soon as your package reaches our fulfillment center it will be evaluated and you will receive a confirmation notification within 48 hours only in extremely rare cases, a maximum of 10 days. The cost of the returned products will be refunded but not the original shipping cost, if any.
In case of Return/Exchange, the shipping costs are at our expense .
Discounts and promos
Customers who have received a PROMO CODE via newsletter, via social networks or on compliant promotional websites can enter the code when purchasing an order or at checkout. Each code has a start and end validity date which limits its use and cannot be extended. Promotional codes cannot be applied to a selection of exclusive items from the new collections and cannot be combined with other promotions. The welcome code is not valid on items in the SALE section.
