2.1 Personal data
Personal data means indications regarding objective or personal situations of a specific natural person or an identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, your telephone number, your address and all the data you communicate to us when registering and when opening your customer account. Statistical data, which we collect for example when you visit our online shop and which cannot be directly traced back to you, do not form part of personal data. This concerns, for example, statistics regarding which pages of our online shop are most visited or how many users visit certain pages of the Luxe Please srl shop.
2.2 Customer Account
For each customer who registers, we have direct access to the data saved on our site (customer account). Here you can view data on orders placed, open orders and the latest shipments; you can also manage information about your address, bank details and newsletter. You undertake to treat your personal access data confidentially and not to share it with third parties. We cannot accept responsibility for passwords that are used illegally, except in cases where the misuse is due to our responsibility.
With the "stay logged in" function, we want to make using our websites as pleasant as possible for you. This feature allows you to use our services without having to reconnect every time. For security reasons, you will be asked for your password again when you want to, for example, change your personal data or place an order. We recommend that you do not use this feature when the computer is used by multiple users. Please note that the "stay logged in" function is not available when you use a setting that automatically deletes saved cookies at each session.
2.3 Collection, processing and use of your personal data
Data protection is very important to us. Therefore, when we collect, process and use your personal data, we strictly comply with the provisions of the data protection law and the media law. We collect, save and process your data for the overall performance of your purchase, including any future guarantees for our customer services, technical administration and for our marketing purposes. Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or billing or if you have previously given your consent. Our service providers (eg carriers, logistics companies, banks) receive the data necessary for the fulfillment of the order and the contract. Our service providers may use the data provided only for the fulfillment of their duties. They have no right to use the information for any other purpose.
For your order we need to receive the correct information on your name, address and payment details. We need your email address to be able to confirm your order and to communicate with you. We also use it for your identification (customer login). Finally, through the email address you will receive the order confirmation and the shipment.
In the event that there is no obligation to store the data and you have exercised the right to request deletion, your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was stored, or if the archiving should be prohibited for other legal reasons.
2.4 Use of your data for advertising purposes
We use your data not only to carry out your purchase at Luxe Please srl, but also to contact you regarding your orders, specific products or marketing activities and to suggest products or services that may be of interest to you.
You have the right to revoke your authorization for the use of personal data for advertising purposes at any time, both overall and for individual activities; this will not involve other costs in addition to the basic fee for sending the revocation. Just send a written communication to the contacts mentioned in point 1 (eg email, fax, letter).

If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter or other types of communication for advertising purposes, you have the right to revoke your authorization at any time; this will not involve other costs than the basic rate foreseen for sending the revocation. The information transferred by you or automatically generated is used to create advertising tailored to your interests. For this purpose we use the information available, eg confirmation of receipt and reading of emails, information about the computer and internet connection, operating system and platform, your order archive, your service archive, date and time when you have visited the site and the products you have viewed.
We only use this information in the form of a pseudonym. The analysis and evaluation of this information allows us to improve our websites and our range of offers on the Internet; in this way we can send you personalized advertising, i.e. advertising that suggests products that may actually interest you. Our goal is to create more useful and interesting advertising for you. In fact, the evaluation and analysis of your data, converted in the form of a pseudonym, helps us not to send you random advertising. Instead, we send you advertisements such as newsletters and product suggestions that match your interests by email or post. Therefore it checks for example which advertising emails you open; this in order not to send useless emails.
I authorize Luxe Please srl to use the data provided by me and other information stored in my customer account, as well as usage data in the form of a pseudonym, in order to receive personalized advertising and/or special offers and services.
If you no longer wish to receive personalized advertising, you have the right to revoke your consent altogether or to withdraw your consent for certain activities at any time. To this end, just send a written communication to the contacts mentioned in point 1 (eg email, fax, letter).
2.4.4 Sweepstakes, Market Research and Opinion Survey
In the case of prize competitions, we use your data in order to be able to notify you of any winnings or send you our offers. Details may be available in the section on the conditions of participation of the respective prize competition.
We also use your data for market research and opinion polls. We use data exclusively anonymously for statistical purposes and only for Luxe Please srl. I authorize Luxe Please srl to process and use my personal data for its own purposes, for the purpose of carrying out market research and opinion polls.
You have the right at any time to revoke your authorization to use your data for market research and opinion polls or withdraw your consent for certain activities; this will not involve other costs in addition to the basic fee for sending the revocation. It is sufficient to send a written communication to the contacts mentioned in point 1 (eg email, fax, letter). Of course, you will also find the deactivation link in every advertising email.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that are saved on your device and that store specific settings and data for exchange with our system through your browser. There are 2 types of cookies: the so-called session-cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser and temporary/permanent cookies, which are saved on your device for a long time or permanently. This storage allows us to design our websites and offers according to your needs and makes it easier for you to use the site. Some data, for example, is saved in order not to have to repeat it every time.
Which cookies does Luxe Please srl use?
What data is saved in the cookies?
No personal data is saved in the cookies used by Luxe Please srl . Therefore the cookies we use are not attributable to a specific person and therefore not attributable to you. When cookies are activated, an identification number is assigned. At no time will it be possible to trace your personal data back to your identification number and at no time will you attempt to do so. Your name, your IP address and similar data that could lead back to your person will never be used. Based on the cookie technology we only receive information in the form of a pseudonym, for example about which pages of our online shop are most visited, which products are most viewed, etc.
Are there also cookies from third parties (so-called third-party-cookies)?
Luxe Please srl uses some advertising partners who help to make the internet offer and Luxe Please srl websites more interesting. Therefore, when you visit our site, cookies from associated companies will also be saved on your hard drive. In this case, these are temporary/permanent cookies which will be automatically deleted upon expiry of the pre-established period. These temporary or even permanent cookies (the duration ranges from 14 days to 10 years) are saved on your hard drive and automatically deleted when the predefined period expires. Even the cookies of the associated companies do not contain personal data. A user ID only collects data in the form of a pseudonym. This is, for example, data about which products you have viewed, whether you have bought something, which products you have searched for, etc. During this process some of our advertising partners also collect information on which pages you have already visited or which products you are interested in, this is to show you the advertising that best matches your interests. This pseudonymous data will not be linked to your personal data at any time. They are only intended to help our advertising partners match you with advertising that may actually be of interest to you.
Our websites use so-called re-targeting technologies in this case. We use these technologies to make the internet offer more attractive. On the websites of our partners, this technique allows us to make ourselves visible to the Internet user who has shown interest in our online shop and our products in the past. We are convinced that the display of personalized advertising that takes your interests into account is usually more interesting than advertising that does not refer to the person. The display through the advertising vehicles of our partner sites takes place on the basis of a cookie technology and an analysis of user behavior. This form of advertising takes place in the form of a pseudonym. No personal data is saved and user profiles are not linked to your personal data.
I express my consent to the use of so-called cookies, the storage and use of my user data. Furthermore, I express my consent to the saving of my data in cookies even after closing the browser in order to be, for example, recalled the next time you visit websites. At any time I have the right to revoke my consent for the future by changing the browser settings by blocking cookies.
How can I avoid saving cookies?
In your browser you can set that you want to accept the saving of cookies only on request. If you intend to accept cookies from Luxe Please srl , but not cookies from our service companies and our partners, you can select the "block third-party cookies" setting in your browser.
Normally in the menu of your web browser, in the support section, you can see how to reject new cookies and disable existing cookies. Detailed information on how to set the browser you use is available at the following link.
In the case of shared computers set up to accept cookies and flash cookies, we advise you to always log out completely after use.
4. Log files
With each access to the pages of Luxe Please srl , user data will be transmitted through the internet browser and saved in protocol files, the so-called server log files. The following data will be saved: date and time of access, name of the site visited, IP address, URL of the referrer (URL of origin through which you arrived on the websites of Luxe Please srl ), the amount of data transmitted, information the product and version of the browser used.
The IP addresses of the users are deleted or made anonymous at the end of use. In the case of anonymisation, the IP addresses will be modified in such a way that they cannot be attributed to a specific natural person except with an excessive effort in terms of time, cost and manpower.
We analyze these logfile datasets anonymously in order to improve our offers and the Luxe Please srl shop, to make it easier, to find and eliminate errors faster and to check the server capabilities. In this way, for example, it is possible to understand at what time there is more traffic to the Luxe Please srl shops and consequently make available the data volume necessary to guarantee a quick purchase. Furthermore, the analysis of the protocol files allows us to identify and eliminate any errors present in the Luxe Please srl shop more quickly.
5. Web analysis
In order to constantly improve and optimize our offer, we use so-called tracking technologies. For this purpose we use the services of Google Analytics and Webtrekk.
5.1 Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files saved on your computer, which make it possible to analyze how you use our Internet offer through Google. The information obtained from the cookie on your use of our web (including the IP address) is normally transmitted and saved on the Google server in the USA. We inform you that on our websites Google Analytics has been extended with the code “gat.anonymizelp();” in order to ensure the anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking). Therefore, at our request, Google collects your IP address only in abbreviated form, which guarantees anonymity and does not allow your identification. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Google also complies with the data protection provisions of the "US Safe Harbor" agreement and is registered with the "Safe Harbor" program of the US Department of Commerce. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our websites, to draw up reports on website activity and to provide us with other services connected with website and internet use. The IP address that Google Analytics transfers from your browser will not be associated with other Google data. Google will only pass on this information to third parties if there are legal requirements or for the purpose of data processing. Under no circumstances will Google associate your data with other data collected by Google. By using these websites, you agree to the processing of your data collected in the manner and for the purposes described above.
You can prevent the storage of cookies through the appropriate settings of your browser software; however, we warn you that in this case some functionality of your websites could be compromised. You can also prevent Google from detecting the data created by the cookies relating to your use of the websites (including your IP address); the same applies to the processing of this data by Google. To this end, you can download and install the browser plug-in available at the following address.
Find more information about Google Analytics and data protection at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
6. Social Plugins
Our site uses Social Plugins (“Plugins”) from various social networks. With the support of these plugins you can for example share content or recommend products. The standard plugins on Luxe Please srl are deactivated and therefore do not send data. By clicking on the "activate social media" button, you have the option of activating all plugins (so-called 2-click solution).
In the event that these plugins are activated, when you open one of our sites, your browser opens a direct connection with the servers of the respective social network. The social network transmits the content of the plugin directly to your browser, after which it is linked to the website. The plugins can of course be deactivated with a click.
By including the plugin, the social network receives the information that you have opened the respective page of our website. If you are logged into this social network, it will be possible to attribute the visit to your user. If you interact with the plugins and for example click the Facebook "Like" button or make a comment, the information will be transmitted from your browser directly to the social network which will save it.
You can find information about the purpose and extent of data collection and the subsequent processing and use of data via social networks, as well as your rights and settings for the protection of your privacy, in the information on data protection of the respective networks or websites. Find the relevant links below.
If you do not want the social network to collect data on our website, you will need to log out of your network account before visiting our site.
Even if you are not registered with social networks, websites with active social plugins can send data to the networks. Through an active plugin, a cookie with an encryption will be set each time the website is accessed. Since your browser sends this cookie without request at each connection with a network server, the network could create a profile that recalls the websites that the user has visited. And in this case it would also be possible to trace the coding back to a person, for example when the user connects to the social network.
We use the following plugins on our websites: Facebook, Google+, Twitter and Pinterest.
If you do not want social networks to collect your data through these cookies, with one click you can simply deactivate the social plugins on our websites, or block the "third party cookies" function in your browser settings. In this case the browser will not send cookies to the server when it finds embedded content from other service providers. However, this setting could compromise, in addition to the function of the "plugin" button, also other generic functions of other sites.
We use plugins of the social network facebook.com operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304 USA ("Facebook").
You can find Facebook's data protection declaration at the following link: Information on Facebook's data protection. https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/
We use plugins of the Google+ social network operated by Google. You can find Google's data protection declaration at the following link: Information on Google's data protection. https://www.google.com/intl/it/policies/privacy/
We use plugins of the social network Twitter operated by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Twitter"). You can find Twitter's data protection declaration at the following link: Information on Twitter's data protection. https://www.twitter.com/privacy

7. Secure data transfer
We transfer your personal data securely through encryption. This applies to your order as well as logging in. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system for this purpose. No one can guarantee absolute protection, but we protect our websites and other systems with technical and organizational solutions to prevent the loss, destruction, access, modification or disclosure of your data by unauthorized persons.
8. Rights to information of the data subject
According to data protection law, our customers have among other things the right to free information about their saved data and, if necessary, can request its correction, blocking or deletion.
The protection of your data is extremely important to us. In order to ensure that personal data is not shared with third parties, please send your request accompanied by data that allows you to be identified by email or post to:
